Epiphany Clubs & Resorts takes the privacy of our Members, prospective members and visitors very seriously. This privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) describes the steps we take to respect your privacy concerns. It covers our treatment of personally identifiable information collected by or submitted to Epiphany Clubs & Resorts, or any Epiphany Club, including information submitted via the Internet, email, telephone, mail or otherwise.

This website does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse this website and request pages from our servers. This means that we do not collect data on website visitors that is personally identifiable, unless you choose to send it to us via email, through our websites, or otherwise. If you are a Member or prospective member, we may also collect personal information about you or your family (e.g., names and ages of family members, travel preferences, etc.) that will help us provide a more complete membership experience. If you are a Member, we may collect financial information from you, such as credit card numbers, billing addresses, expiration dates, and etc., in order to facilitate the billing and payment of your accounts. If a third party provides us your information, we generally take reasonable steps to establish that the third party had the authority to provide such information to us.
Any information given to us is kept in the strictest of confidence. For information you submit to us, we attempt to notify you which categories of information are required and which are optional. If you do not wish to provide us information that we request, then you should not provide such information. Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
This Terms of Use agreement shall be construed solely in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws. Any actions, proceedings or suits concerning or relating to this agreement may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, or in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such court, and waives any objections thereto.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The material contained on Epiphany’s Sites does not constitute a solicitation or an offer to sell Club Memberships to residents of any jurisdiction where such solicitation or offer is unlawful. Club Membership, including refundability of the Membership Deposit, is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Confidential Membership Plan. Amenities and available activities may vary depending on location. Certain services described herein require fees in addition to the Membership Deposit and Annual Dues. Pricing subject to change.
Epiphany's Availability Guarantee™
Epiphany’s Availability Guarantee, as used on these Sites, means that the Member's Club will make Club Residences or comparable accommodations in the area available to the Member during the requested vacation period, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Confidential Membership Plan.
Important Information About The Club at Solaris
The Solaris project is a proposed development and all images, renderings, floor plans, amenities and other depictions or descriptions of the Solaris project are based upon current development plans, are for purposes of illustration only, and are subject to change without notice. Certain amenities and services described herein will be available exclusively to Club Members, some to all residents of Solaris, others to all Vail residents and visitors, and some may require payment of additional fees.
