As one of the founders and creators of Residence Club industry including the original Private Residence Club operating model in 1993, Tom is recognized as a leading expert in the Luxury Resort Real Estate and Residence Club industries.
The success of Tom's first Private Residence Club, The Franz Klammer Lodge, literally launched an entire industry that is now present in virtually every resort in North America.
Since the initial development of the Private Residence Club product, Tom has remained an innovator in the development, marketing and sales of luxury Residence Club products. Throughout this process, Tom's main focus has been the development and management of "consumer-centric" Club products and geographically diverse sales and marketing teams creating well over $400mm in actual closed sales.
Tom's latest Residence Club innovation, "Epiphany Clubs & Resorts," is custom tailored to address the enormous market of vacation home buyers not being serviced by either the typical fractional ownership models nor the whole ownership opportunities currently available.
Andrew Massik – Principal-Managing Director
Andrew's career has been in private equity investment and business management for real estate and information services firms. Before joining Epiphany, Andrew was a consultant to private fractional real estate developers in the destination club market. Previously, Andrew was President of Warp Technologies, (OTC: Symbol "WRPT") a public company which publishes business software.
From 1999 until 2003, Andrew was a principal and Vice President at The Ascent Group, a private equity investment & management firm specializing in healthcare information services in New York City.
From 1992 until 1999, Andrew was founder and President of Inter-Mountain Funding, a real estate financing firm based in Telluride, Colo. Under Andrew, Inter-Mountain Funding became one the state's largest providers of construction and permanent lending for luxury resort real estate.
Jamee Smith - Principal-Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As Epiphany's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jamee focuses on the development of site-specific approaches for each Epiphany Club. Jamee Smith's 18 year career in real estate has centered around developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that maximize velocity. Her innovative approach to leading and training sales teams combined with her ability to strategically integrate brand-specific marketing has earned her an industry-wide reputation for consistently exceeding anticipated profit margins. Her projects have produced revenues in excess of $400M in less than three years.
Prior to joining Epiphany, Jamee served as president and founder of Sente Real Estate Services. While with Sente, Jamee provided strategic sales and marketing consulting for numerous large development, resort and urban projects.
Jamee brings extensive resort development sales and marketing experience through her role as Regional Director of Playground, a subsidiary of Intrawest, a publicly traded international resort real estate development company. In her capacity as Regional Director, Jamee managed the sales and marketing operations for all Intrawest resorts located throughout Colorado, Utah, and Nevada.
Jamee is an active member of ULI. She has served on, and chaired numerous Local Council committees and is a member of the Resort Development Council at a national level. Jamee has served on the Board of Trustees for both the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) Sales and Marketing Council and Institute of Residential Marketing and is accredited as a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM). Jamee is active in TEC and enjoys traveling and personal time with family.
